Lejerbo offers a framework contract for technical advice and assistance to the west of the Great Belt. The framework agreement covers architectural, engineering and landscape architectural advice. Adviser must be able to provide advice in all 3 areas. The inclusion of all three types of advisory services or only one or two types of advisory services depends on the specific tasks and projects under the framework agreement. Award under the framework agreement must be such that architectural, engineering and landscape architects can act as a full adviser.
Lejerbo constructs, rents, manages, maintains and modernises social housing and associated facilities. Lejerbo can also provide premises for the use of social security institutions, including day-care centres. Social housing includes family, elderly, nursing, youth and disabled housing and institutions, etc. The Framework Agreement shall be used for the purchase of consultancy services in connection with these tasks and projects. These can be new buildings as well as the conversion and renovation of existing buildings with associated outdoor areas.
The award of contracts for specific tasks or projects under the framework agreement will be carried out by means of a mini-call for tenders, either as (1) total advisor for new construction, conversion and renovation in main, large or barrel prizes, or as (2) adviser in connection with other tasks, such as general works contracts, renovation of individual building elements such as roofs, drains, coatings, etc. The nature of the task will determine the choice between the two types of mini-tenders.
In the case of mini-tenders, the award criterion will be the most economically advantageous tender, with priority being given to qualitative award criteria.
