Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply, assembly, installation, configuration, commissioning of elements of the IT environment, including integration into the existing Contracting Authority’s IT environment and with the provision of the necessary training and technical support.
2. The subject-matter of the contract covers:
(1) delivery, assembly, installation, configuration, commissioning of the elements of the IT environment indicated in Annex 1 to the ToR, including integration into the existing Contracting Authority’s IT environment,
(2) providing the necessary training on the environmental elements provided,
(3) implementation of implementing documentation,
(4) as-built documentation,
(5) preparation of test and operational procedures,
(6) performance of acceptance tests,
(7) provision of warranty service, technical support, up-to-date and continuity of all licences and subscriptions provided within 60 months from the date of signature of the final acceptance report
3. The price quoted in the price forms must include all the above mentioned elements.
4. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the ToR. The parameters set out in this annex are the minimum requirements of the Contracting Authority.
5. The contracting authority requires the Contractor to complete the table “Summary of the solutions offered” as Annex 9 to the ToR.
6. The contracting authority requires that in the case of a shorter policy term (the duration of the policy does not include the duration of the contract) referred to in Chapter X, paragraph. 1 pt. 6 of this ToR, the Contractor shall, during the term of the contract, ensure and document the continuity of CB policies to the Contracting Authority.
