Description

Drawing up an Informatics Master Plan within the context of a.
Management Informatica System, MIS and the development and implementation of a.
Miss, including the provision of organisational and person-oriented change management services, support and training, as well as corrective and evolving maintenance of the solution. The MIS should lead to the automation of existing data flows. This objective should be underpinned by a further alignment of IT services with the operational needs of the ITG, also known by the ICT to Business Alignment concept.
