Description

The purpose of this Technical Specifications, hereinafter PPT, is to describe the support and advisory work to be contracted related to the CCA platform with the aim of:
• Keep the CGA staff trained in the use of the CCA platform.
• Carry out the monitoring of quality of service indicators obtained from the information of the CCA platform.
• Carry out, together with the ICT Division, acceptance tests of the new developments of the CCA platform in the field of CGA.
• Coordinate with the ICT Division the implementation of actions programmed in the CCA platform within the scope of the CGA.
• Support CGA users during the production of new versions or updates of the tools that make up the CCA.
• Detect new needs of the CCA platform, and specify new functionalities of the platform, always within the scope of the CGA.
