1. The subject of the contract is: 1) the Contractor's modernization of the SKD and the IP video intercom system in the NBP facilities, including: a) disassembly of the indicated SKD elements and the IP video intercom system, b) delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of the indicated SKD elements and the IP video intercom system, c) delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning on workstations and XMP-BABYLON software servers in the version published by the manufacturer on the website at the date of installation, d) granting a license (sublicense) to use the XMP-BABYLON software and in the version provided if the license rights held by NBP are not sufficient, e) preparation of executive and as-built documentation, f) updating the existing SKD visualization and the IP video intercom system for NBP Facilities, g) granting a quality guarantee and warranty for defects of the modernized SKD parts and the IP video intercom system, 2) performing periodic inspections of the modernized SKD and the IP video intercom system by the Contractor. 2.
