Description

This notice is not intended to initiate or prepare a procurement procedure. It is only for market exploration. AquaDuctus Pipeline GmbH (hereinafter: Aquaductus) conducts a market research to prepare a procurement in connection with the construction of a hydrogen pipeline (pipeline) in the Bunde Ost-Dykhausen section, which is part of the North Sea-Ruhr-Link hydrogen pipeline (NRL II). The procurement includes two interlinked items: On the one hand the purchase of already existing planning services (inventory planning) including the necessary rights of use and on the other hand the entry into already existing planning contracts. The planning services to be acquired, if any, are approximately 80% complete. The subject of the previous planning is in particular a route study, ground surveys and an environmental assessment in preparation of a planning approval procedure. The aim of this market exploration is to explore alternatives to the purchase of the planning already begun for the affected section using the existing planning status and to enter into the existing planning contracts, whereby complete planning documents and raw data must be available by 1 January 2027 at the latest. This is intended to enable or ensure the initiation of the planning approval procedure in Q2/2027. The date of commissioning of the pipeline is scheduled for 31.12.2030. A later completion is not enough. The aim of the market exploration is in particular to gain insights into whether and, if so, by whom the described services and rights can be provided or transferred in a timely manner.
