Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive cleaning and ongoing cleaning services in buildings and on the premises of the National Tax Information from the day following the date of conclusion of the contract, not earlier than from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026. The subject of the contract was divided into 5 lots. The proceedings include the location of the National Tax Information at ul. Warsaw in Bielsko-Biała and the National Tax Information Delegation in Bielsko-Biała, Toruń, Leszno and Piotrków Trybunalski. The description of the subject of the contract and the requirements of the Ordering Party for the provision of the service are defined by: - Annex 3 to the FTZ – General description of the subject-matter of the contract for all parts of the procedure; - Annex 4/I-4/V to the FTZ – Detailed descriptions of the subject-matter of the contract for Lots I-V; - Annex 5 to the FTZ – Draft provisions of the Agreement for Parts I to IV;- Annex 6 to the FTZ – Draft provisions of the agreement for Part V.
