The overall objective of the project is to improve the tourism infrastructure in the municipality of Dej by arranging relaxation areas in the proximity of the tourist resource. Through the proposed investment, UAT Municipality of Dej aims to improve the tourism infrastructure by arranging the relaxation areas near the tourist resource Park Balnear Toroc. The purpose of the investment is to increase the level of comfort at the level of the leisure base and the number of tourists at the level of Dej municipality. The location for the investment is located in the inner city of Dej, Cluj County, str. The Blues, number three. The land in the area of 28,412.00sqm, owned by Dej Municipality, according to CF 62093. The construction falls under IMPORTANCE CATEGORY ‘C’ (according to Government Decision No 766/1997, published in Official Gazette No 352 of 10 December 1992) and IMPORTANCE CLASS ‘III’ (according to Standard P100/92). The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications on the 12th day before the closing date for submission of tenders. In case of requests for clarifications after the deadline indicated above, the contracting authority reserves the right not to reply.
