Description

The purpose of this contract is to define the conditions for the intervention and performance of a level i SPS coordination task for the design and execution of the development of the international terminal in Cape Janet, in accordance with the provisions of Law No 93-1418 of 31.12.1993 and the texts adopted for its implementation. The SPS coordinator shall ensure that the general prevention principles laid down in Articles L.4531-1 and L.4535-1 of the Labour Code are effectively implemented throughout the operation to be coordinated (design and implementation phase). The works planned for the construction of the international terminal in Cape Janet will generate around 25 works contracts.
