Description

The present construction project involves the renovation of the listed existing building, consisting of two cubic buildings, the five-storey head building with offices and entrance hall, and a subsequent two-storey office wing with four atriums. The entrance hall leads from the ground floor to the 4th floor. OG and is covered with a glass roof made of 5 saddle-roof-shaped light strips. In the hall, 2 single-sided reinforced concrete staircases lead to all upper floors, where they open up to surrounding corridors. This atrium gradually expands upstairs in an easterly direction. The building is 1/3 basement. In the basement there is the Ratskeller with kitchen and adjoining rooms as well as the technical centre and an archive. Description of procurement: Services are to be offered for the preparation of waterproofing work for components in contact with the ground, laying of thermal insulation and impact sound insulation layers and screed work as a load-distributing layer for the absorption of floor coverings or coatings indoors. • Construction site equipment for own services, documentation documents • Preparatory work • Sealing base plate with 1-layer polymer bitumen welding membrane: 880 sqm in the KG and 2015 sqm in the EC • 490 sqm waterproofing wall in the KG • 630 sqm screed on 20 mm thermal insulation layer in the KG, d= 55 – 60 mm incl. preparatory work such as milling and levelling the substrate and synthetic resin pre-painting • 250 sqm screed on 20 mm thermal insulation layer in the KG, d= 55 – 60 mm incl. preliminary work such as milling and levelling the substrate and synthetic resin pre-painting • 380 sqm screed on 20 mm stepped roof insulation layer in the 1st floor, d= 65 – 75 mm screed on 20 mm stepped roof insulation layer in the 2nd floor, d= 60 KG – 70 mm • 110 sqm screed on 20 mm stepped roofing layer in the ground, d= 65 sqm incl.
