Description

Παροχή υπηρεσιών συμβούλου τεχνικής υποστήριξης στον Δ.Ε.Δ.Δ.Η.Ε., κατά τη διάρκεια υλοποίησης τού πληροφοριακού συστήματος εξυπηρέτησης χρηστών δικτύου.
Στο πλαίσιο του έργου, ο σύμβουλος τεχνικής υποστήριξης θα αναλάβει την παροχή υπηρεσιών τεχνικής υποστήριξης υπό την επίβλεψη της αναθέτουσας αρχής, στις ακόλουθες δύο (2) κατηγορίες:
1) κατηγορία υπηρεσιών Α, η οποία περιλαμβάνει:
i) οργάνωση συστήματος διαχείρισης / ποιότητας του συνολικού έργου
ii) παρακολούθηση - υποστήριξη της πορείας υλοποίησης του κυρίως έργου·
2) κατηγορία υπηρεσιών Β, η οποία περιλαμβάνει:
i) τεχνική και επιστημονική υποστήριξη.
