De scope van de raamovereenkomst ziet op het bouwkundig tekenwerk ten behoeve van het toegankelijk maken van gemeentelijke gebouwen. De aanpassingen aan deze gebouwen omvatten zowel fysieke veranderingen (zoals toegangspunten, looproutes en faciliteiten) als het verbeteren van de algehele toegankelijkheid, zodat de gebouwen voldoen aan de gestelde normen en toegankelijk zijn voor alle bezoekers, inclusief mensen met een beperking.
