Description

With this invitation to tender, Helsingin kaupunki asunnot Oy (Heka) requests offers regarding the IV lashes of buildings. The contract includes cleaning of ventilation ducts, valves, grilles and ventilation units in buildings, as well as filter changes. The air volume of buildings is measured and adjusted to the planned values. The grease filters of all cooker hoods are replaced. Replacement air valves are serviced on some sites. More detailed information on the scope of the project can be found in the work reports attached to the invitation to tender. The contract will be awarded to a tenderer meeting all the eligibility and minimum requirements and offering the lowest total price. The contract is subject to YSE terms and conditions.
