Description

The subject of the contract is the successive supply of medicinal products, including the supply of Verteporphyrin and infusion fluids. The order is divided into 5 packages (parts). Contracts for individual packages will be concluded at the end of the present proceedings for a period of 12 months. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted, where the part (package) shall consist of: Package No. 1 - Medicinal products for infusion and irrigation Package No. 2 - Preparations for parenteral and enteral nutrition Package No. 3 - Verteporphyrin Package No. 4 - Indocyanine Green Package No. 5 - Iron Detailed description of the subject of the contract, description of the contracting authority's requirements for the implementation of supplies are determined by: - Annex No 1 to the FTZ (‘Tender Form’), - Annex No 1.1 to the FTZ (‘Price Forms’). - Annex 2.1 and 2.2 to the FTZ ("Draft provisions of the agreement").
