The duration of rebate agreements for medicinal products containing the active substance and combination of active substances published in point 5.1 of the seventh follow-up notice (paragraphs 20 and 21) shall not begin before 1.1.2025 and shall not exceed 12 months. The duration of rebate agreements for medicinal products containing the active substance published in point 5.1 of the eleventh subsequent notice (No 25) shall start at the earliest on 1.6.2025 and shall not exceed 7 months. The duration of rebate agreements for medicinal products containing active substances and combinations of active substances published in point 5.1 of the twelfth follow-up notice (No 26-41) shall start at the earliest on 1.7.2025 and shall not exceed 6 months.
