This contract is to be opened in two lots: Lot 1 – Conformity assessment of investment projects; Lot 2 - Supervision during construction. By conducting this procedure, the Contracting Authority aims to conclude a framework agreement with up to three contractors under each lot for the assignment of the activities for conformity assessment of investment projects and exercise of construction supervision in construction and installation works commissioned by the Municipality of Sadovo. The services covered by Lot 1 include: Conformity assessment of investment projects commissioned by Sadovo Municipality – preparation of comprehensive reports on conformity assessment under Article 169(1)(1) to (6) of the Spatial Planning Act (ZUT).
