<br/>Le contrat comporte des tranches optionnelles définies au cahier des charges.<br/>Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires.<br/>Les travaux faisant l'objet du présent marché concernent la construction de deux plateformes de services portuaires de grandes dimensions, l'une dite tranche ferme portant sur une surface de 27,2 ha et une dite tranche optionnelle 1 pour une surface de 5,1 ha dans les bassins Ouest du Grand Port Maritime de Marseille Fos. Il s'agit d'un projet principalement de terrassement en grande masse incluant des améliorations de sol, comportant des travaux d'assainissement et de VRD.<br/>
