Description

The subject of this order is the comprehensive sale (supply and distribution) of high-methane natural gas with the symbol E to two thermal waste disposal installations belonging to the Ordering Party, located in Katowice at ul. Hutnicza 8 on the premises of Zakład Utylyzacji Odpadów Sp. z o.o., in the basic quantity of 2 727 600,00 kWh, i.e. 240 000 m³ (with an assumed conversion factor of 11,365) over a period of 12 months, with the proviso that deliveries will start not earlier than after the expiry of the current comprehensive contract for the sale of gaseous fuel with the current supplier, i.e. Unimot Energia i Gaz Sp. z o.o., Al. Jerozolimskie 142A, 02-305 Warsaw, valid until 31.07.2026. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the total amount of gaseous fuel purchased in the scope of: for an increase of up to plus 25% (i.e. 300 000,00 m³), for a reduction to minus 40% (i.e. 144 000,00 m³) in relation to the basic quantity (value) of the contract referred to in point IV.1. The occurrence of the circumstances referred to above will result, respectively, in a reduction or increase in the remuneration due to the contractor under this contract. The change in the amount of gaseous fuel takes place automatically and does not require a statement from the party. If the Employer does not exercise the right to reduce or increase the total amount of gaseous fuel purchased and/or the distribution value of the purchased gaseous fuel in the scope of: for an increase of up to 25% (i.e. 300 000,00 m³), for a reduction to 40% (i.e. 144 000,00 m³) of the basic quantity of the contract, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim in this respect.
