Design and construction of a wooden boiler with a power rating of 1500kw; Construction of a district heating network supplying a set of buildings, namely a collective building, two sports halls, a social library centre, a nursery school, a municipal swimming pool and a college (which represents an equivalent total gas energy of approximately 8 gwh Pcs) and the related substations; Operation of the district heating network and full guarantee of primary production equipment, network and substations. Pas-de-Calais habitat reserves, however, the possibility of changing the number of buildings and substations during the dialogue during the dialogue and in any case before the last round of the dialogue. In order to meet the performance targets to be defined in the functional programme, applicants will be able to propose any other technical solution to enable the use of a majority renewable energy source, the guarantee of the application of the reduced VAT rate to the grid, and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The duration of the operating contract will be 12 years. This period does not include the duration of the works between 3 and 9 months. This will be definitively determined at the end of the competitive dialogue.
