In front of you is the Request for Tender relating to the European call for tenders ‘Security services including reception activities’. The security work and reception work (facility services) consist of, among other things: ⁇ opening and closing rounds of the Council House and annex; ⁇ technical management of the alarm systems and emergency response procedures; ⁇ key issuance and management; ⁇ issuance of access passes and access management; ⁇ surveillance via cameras; ⁇ enforcing Council House bans; ⁇ safety rounds (passive and active); ⁇ occur in unsafe or potentially unsafe situations; ⁇ assistance in the event of calamities; ⁇ providing daily reports of findings; ⁇ management of meeting and speaking rooms; ⁇ technical support for presentations (audiovisual means); ⁇ issue of mobility facilities (bicycles, official cars); ⁇ reception in the public hall of visit; ⁇ accompaniment of visits; ⁇ accompaniment of Council meetings; ⁇ accompaniment to marriages.
