Description

The City of Vaxholm is planning to build a new, modern and climate-smart building designed for special residents, called Norrberget. The building will include a separate accommodation (SÄBO) with a total of 62 apartments, a commercial kitchen, shelter, garage and a staff room in a corner location. The accommodation comprises a total of five floors, three of which are intended for residential apartments. Plan 3 will have two more apartments than the other housing plans. The total gross area (BTA) amounts to 6,740 sq.m.
