Description

The purpose of this procurement is to provide IT equipment, which will ensure the necessary logistical support to streamline the activities of the staff within AMPRSE because it fulfils the role of Managing Authority within the technical assistance project: ‘Support to the South-East RDA 2024-2025 in view of the implementation of the SE RP 2021-2027’, SMIS code 338556. The general objective of this contract is to provide the necessary support to the Managing Authority for the South-East Regional Programme 2021-2027 to carry out the specific activities arising from the quality of Managing Authority for the implementation of the South-East Regional Programme 2021-2027. The Contracting Authority shall set a single deadline for requests for clarifications made by economic operators and in order to respond in a clear and complete manner to any requests for clarifications/additional information that may be requested during the period of submission of tenders in accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016.
