1. The subject of the procedure and the contract is the selection of the Contractor for the successive supply of desktop computers and monitors to the organisational units of the Jagiellonian University – Collegium Medicum in Krakow. 1.1 In accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procedure in question if the public funds which the contracting authority intended to use to finance the contract have not been allocated to it. 1.2 The subject-matter of the contract may be financed or co-financed, in particular, from European Union funds or other funds obtained under projects or contracts or external programmes or grants, etc., both currently implemented by the Jagiellonian University – Collegium Medicum and those implemented in the future. 1.3 A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, specifying the functions, technical parameters and conditions required and additionally scored subject-matter of the contract, is contained in Annex A, which is an integral part of the FTZ. This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the FTZ, e.g. as a result of the answers given to the Contractors' questions. 2. other information concerning the subject of the contract is included in the FTZ and the annexes to the FTZ.
