Description

1. ORDER NAME: ‘Delivery and commissioning of ICT systems to enable the provision of e-services for the project: Cyfryz@cja water and sewage services in Zbrosławice’. The subject of the contract is ‘Delivery and commissioning of ICT systems to enable the provision of e-services for the project: Cyfryz@cja water and sewage services in Zbrosławice’. As part of the performance of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to deliver, implement, configure, commission and commission a single, coherent Integrated Information System (ITS). The implemented ISI consists of three interrelated systems: • Central Settlement and Customer Service System together with the Electronic Customer Service Office (ebook), • Electronic Document Circulation (EOD), • Financial and Accounting System (ERP) together with e-service modules, and independently HR and payroll system compatible with ZSI. constituting an internal system for implementing the settlement policy of the unit's employees. The contract also includes: - integration of ZSI with the Ordering Party's Field Systems indicated in Annex 5 to the SWZ (ZSI must be designed and implemented with full readiness for this integration), - granting a non-exclusive, indefinite license to use the software without time limits, on all fields of exploitation necessary for use by the Ordering Party and resulting from the applicable copyright regulations, - conducting training on the operation and administration of the system for System Users and System Administrators, as well as providing full documentation, - providing a database adequate for the order at least for the duration of the implementation and contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as SOPZ) is included in Annex No 5 to the FTZ. The value of the contract exceeds the EU thresholds determined on the basis of Article 3 of the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019 (Journal of Laws of 2019, No. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793.), hereinafter referred to as the ‘PPL Law’. The procedure is conducted under the open tender procedure referred to in Article 132 of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority provided for the use of the procedure referred to in Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act - the so-called ‘reverse’ procedure.
