The purpose of this framework agreement is to define the conditions under which the Holder undertakes to perform on behalf of the Company the maintenance services of the Installations and Tools of its Technicentres, in accordance with the Functional Specifications (CDCF). This Contract concerns all the Installations and Tools of all the sites of the Company and these subsidiaries. This Contract is a multi-awardee framework agreement enforceable on a subsequent contract.
