Biowaste PAV collection market (scratchable shelters and PAVs)
Note: Not all information for this procedure were successfully computed. Please consult linked documents for more details.
The TECV 2015 and AGEC 2020 laws introduced an objective of generalizing the sorting at source of bio-waste (food waste and green waste) on 1 January 2024, so that they are recovered and that each citizen thus has at his disposal a solution allowing him not to throw his bio-waste in residual household waste. As part of the obligation to sort bio-waste, the elected representatives of Cholet Agglomération approved a territorial plan based in particular on: • Deployment of shared composting sites, for collective housing • Deployment of autonomous composting sites in institutions for the voluntary collective restoration of the entire territory. • Deployment of collection as a voluntary contribution point: • collection in bins under bins in the Cholet hypercentre (estimated at 36 PAV); • crane-type collection on the outskirts of Cholet and in the other municipalities (estimated at 120 PAV). The aim of this contract is therefore to set up services for the collection of bio-waste in scavenging bins and voluntary intake points (VAPs).
