Description

Contracts are awarded under an open call for tenders in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Order Code of 1 April 2019. This consultation is allied. Each lot will lead to the conclusion of a single successful framework agreement within the limits set out below. Prices are unitary and subject to revision. This Framework Agreement shall be for a period of twelve (12) months from 1 January 2026 or at the latest on the date of notification, with the possibility of tacit renewal three (3) times twelve (12) months. The total duration of the contract may not exceed forty-eight (48) months. The estimated start date is 1 January 2026. Pursuant to Article L.2113-12 of the Code of Public Order, lots 1 (Territoire Flandres Grand Littoral), lot 4 (Territoire du Hainaut Douaisis Cambrésis) and lot 7 (Territoire de l'Aisne - Collection of leaves) are reserved lots. On 1 September of the current year, 75% of the hours must be worked
