Construction of turnkey medical areas (e.g. OP, ICU, IMC, NICU, functional diagnostics, laboratory, pharmacy, AEMP) Cost group 473 incl. the respective cost groups 300 and 400, taking into account the interfaces to shell construction, expansion and technical building equipment (TGA). The service includes the planning, supply, installation and commissioning of medical infrastructure and medical technology for turnkey medical areas, in particular operating theatres (OP), intensive care units (ICU), intermediate care station (IMC) and newborn intensive care units (NICU), as well as the associated components of cost groups 300 (construction design) and 400 (technical building equipment). All work must be carried out in accordance with the applicable medical, technical and legal standards and in close coordination with the responsible specialist planners and site managers.
