Description

Maintenance, repair and, if necessary, installation of refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump equipment in the metro area, under a framework business contract, as follows: 1. Window air conditioning maintenance 930 times/year 2. Split air conditioning maintenance 13,070 times/year 3. Liquid cooler maintenance 1,385 times/year 4. Air handling maintenance 1 140 times/year 5. VRF, VRV maintenance 810 times/year 6. Refrigeration and air conditioning installation, occasional repair (without material costs) 990 hours/year 7. Installation and installation costs for indoor and outdoor units within 5 fm or 5 fm, including the contact protection test 45 pieces/year 8. Additional charge per linear metre of outdoor and indoor unit for installation and installation over a distance of more than 5 fm, including a contact protection test, totalling 380 fm/year Total quantity (planned): 52 632 occasions, 2 970 hours, 135 pieces, 1 140 fm/36 months. The contracting authority states that, on the date of dispatch of the invitation, the quantity of equipment subject to maintenance/repair under the present procedure is 1 558 pieces. The amount of technological equipment including M1/M2/M3/M4 vehicle depots and metro stations is 921 pieces. This value also includes the refrigeration elements - chiller, VRV/VRF system and its terminal equipment (from air-traffic cooling units to the Split climate). The details are set out in the Public Procurement Guide (hereinafter: Annex 1 (Table of Tender Prices, hereinafter: The technical requirements forming part of the procurement documents (hereinafter: Technical requirements). The contracting authority undertakes to issue an order for 100% of the value of the framework contract.
