Providing the service of collecting, transporting and managing municipal waste generated on residential properties located in the Municipality of Kłomnice for the year 2025/2026. 1.These proceedings are conducted under the open tender procedure referred to in Article 132 of the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019 (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1320) hereinafter referred to as the ‘PZP Act’ and this Specification of the Terms and Conditions of Contract hereinafter referred to as the ‘SWZ’. The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the procedure referred to in Article 139 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. it will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then select the Contractor whose tender has been the highest scored in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 3.Pursuant to Article 139(2), the Contractor shall not be obliged to submit the declaration referred to in Article 125(1) with the tender. The Contracting Authority shall request this declaration only from the Contractor whose tender has been awarded the highest score.
