Description

By means of this invitation to tender, the Contracting Authority intends to contract a service provider that will act as a ‘Multi Service Provider’, so that the temporary personnel capacity questions of the municipality of Capelle aan den IJssel and IJsselgemeenten are optimally and lawfully answered. The Multi Service Provider ensures the provision of temporary external employees in accordance with the requirements as described in the Tender Document. This contract does not include: 1. Intermediation in temporary workers; 2. Recruitment & Selection assignments. The Contracting Authority will limit the total scope of this Assignment (initial term including renewal options) to € 140.000.000,- excluding VAT. This means that, regardless of the term of the framework agreement, it will automatically end once this amount has been reached.
