Auftragsgegenstand ist die Durchführung einer Wirtschaftlichkeit-Due Diligence (Los 1) der Kliniken der Stadt Köln gGmbH (Kliniken Köln), auf deren Basis die Universitätsklinikum Köln AöR (UKK) die wirtschaftlichen Folgen und Risiken des geplanten Klinikverbundes bewerten kann sowie die Durchführung einer IT-Due Diligence (Los 2), die insbesondere dem Ziel dient, den zukünftigen Investitionsbedarf für die Vereinheitlichung der IT-Infrastruktur zu ermitteln.
