Der Allianzpartner des VP1 ist für die integrale und gewerkeübergreifende Planung verantwortlich und hat die koordinierende/steuernde Federführung in der Planungsphase inne. Dieser Allianzpartner erbringt die Leistungen der Ingenieur- und Fachplanungen für die PFA2 und 3. Zu seinen Leistungen gehört die Validierung der Entwurfsplanung incl. Überführung der vorliegenden Planung in eine modellbasierte Planung, die Erstellung der Ausführungsplanung sowie im Bedarfsfall die Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen.
