The subject of the procurement is the transport and disposal of waste from the waste water treatment plants in Nemetin and Laslovo. The service consists of: - services of transporting waste from the waste water treatment plant to the permanent disposal site; - waste disposal services from waste water treatment plants The performance of the service must be in accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia governing the field of waste transport and disposal. The performance of the service implies the submission of a certified and duly completed accompanying sheet by signature upon receipt of the shipment, as well as the delivery of the weighing sheet within 3 days from the date of receipt of the waste. The service is performed at the request of the Client without restriction, i.e. 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in accordance with the response time from the Offer.
