Recultivation; MAKES A WALL OF GABIONS (L=203m); EARTH WORKS-PREDEMINATION; TECHNICAL RECULTURE-DEPO; PERIFER DRENAJE; CONSTRUCTION OF A COLLECTED GAS KLADENIK; SUPER-REMOVAL; CONSTRUCTION OF MONITORING PUNCHES; BIOLOGICAL REVOLUTION FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD YEAR) . Performance of the functions of CONSULTANT within the meaning of Article 166, paragraph 1, items 1 and 2 of the Spatial Planning Act (SPA), as the obligations and responsibilities are in accordance with the mandatory scope regulated in Article 168, paragraph 1, paragraph 3, paragraph 6 and Article 176a, paragraph 1 of the SDA and with the following specific activities: 1. MAIN ACTIVITY No 1 – Exercising construction supervision within the meaning of Article 166(1)(1) of the Spatial Planning Act with the obligations and responsibilities under the mandatory scope laid down in Article 168(1)(3) of the Spatial Planning Act; 2. MAIN ACTIVITY No 2 – Preparation of a technical passport within the meaning of Article 176a(1) of the Spatial Development Act; 3. MAIN ACTIVITY No 3 – Preparation of a final report within the meaning of Article 168(6) of the Spatial Development Act; 4. MAIN ACTIVITY No 4 – Performs inspection and control of the construction products delivered and used in the construction within the meaning of Article 166(1)(2) of the Spatial Development Act; 5. MAIN ACTIVITY No 5 – Performs the functions of ‘Safety and Health Coordinator’ at the stage of construction, in accordance with Article 5(3) of Regulation No 2/2004 and the other legal acts governing this matter; 6. MAIN ACTIVITY No 6 – Control environmental protection during the execution of construction and installation activities in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act and the Waste Management Act and the regulations thereto; 7. MAIN ACTIVITY No 7 – Assisting the Contracting Authority in the period from acceptance of the construction with the relevant protocol to commissioning; 8. MAIN ACTIVITY No 8 – Administration of the contract within the framework of the obligations and responsibilities assigned to it by the terms of the contract. 9.
