Description

The state capital Potsdam is planning the new construction of a double sports hall with free sports areas at Gymnasium 35 in the Sportforum Waldstadt, Drewitzer Straße 40 in 14478 Potsdam via the Kommunale Immobilien Service (KIS). The hall should enable school and club-related sports and be realized with the inclusion of existing facilities. The construction period is planned from summer 2026 until the end of 2027 at the latest. The subject of the planning are TGA services according to HOAI for the plant groups water/wastewater, heat supply, ventilation and building automation. The KIS basic standards, the Building Energy Act and the municipal GA specifications draft apply. The basic standards and the specifications can be used as guidance, but they are not mandatory if they meet the minimum legal requirements. The content and quality of planning documents must be implemented in accordance with VDI 6026 - Documentation in Technical Building Equipment. The focus is on sustainability, energy efficiency and accessibility. The hall is modular and as resource-efficient as possible, with options for rainwater infiltration and PV use. The heat supply should preferably be regenerative (e.g. heat pump, geothermal heat), alternatively a district heating connection must be provided in compliance with the return temperature limit. The ventilation is designed on demand and supplemented by natural ventilation and night cooling. Building automation is integrated across systems into an existing cloud solution. The technical systems must be geared towards longevity, ease of maintenance and energy-efficient operation. The aim is to create a sustainable and sustainable sports location for schools and clubs.
