Description

Technical support services for products relating to Oracle licences purchased for the operation of SIEGMCR, in accordance with the specifications. A) The time limit up to which the economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarification in relation to the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will reply clearly and concretely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. B) Any request for clarification submitted after the date referred to in point A) will put the contracting authority unable to provide a reply within the deadline referred to in point B), and further to any request for clarification within the deadlines mentioned, it will be considered to be out of time.
