Description

In the school centre in Brilon, consisting of the Heinrich-Lübke-Schule (HLS) and the Gymnasium Petrinum (PET), a pollutant load (PCB, KMF) was determined, whereupon a concept of partial renovation, partial dismantling and partial new construction was developed. The screed works, which are advertised in this LV, refer to the new building cluster of the Petrinum. This is a reinforced concrete skeleton construction with reinforced concrete ceilings and non-load-bearing external walls. The outer walls on the ground floor are massively bricked, the outer walls on the upper floors are then built in wooden frame construction and anchored/screwed in the reinforced concrete ceilings.
