Framework agreement on: Bright light for increasing road safety in dangerous sectors: The supply, transport and installation of light fittings on dangerous road sections, for the signaling at night of objectives such as roundabouts, traffic calming islands, pedestrian crossings, bridgeheads, direction separators, etc., as well as for the signaling of disaster areas (landslides, boulders on the road, damaged bridges, roadside compaction, etc.). In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 18 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the Contracting Authority shall set a single deadline within which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information 11 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. The deadline for replying to the clarifications was set in such a way that economic operators would have an appropriate period for analysing the tender documentation and, subsequently, for drawing up the tenders in the light of the replies provided by the Contracting Authority.
