Description

The object of the order is the supply of gas oil for industrial and communal purposes for heating, for the needs of the Municipality of Dupnitsa. The fuel must comply with BDS and the Ordinance on the requirements for the quality of liquid fuels, the order and manner of their control. The representation of the sessions of the National Commodity Exchange-AD for concluding stock exchange transactions is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Commodity Exchanges and Markets Act, the Public Procurement Act, the Regulations for Implementation of the Public Procurement Act, the Commerce Act, the Obligations and Contracts Act and other applicable normative acts. Estimated quantity: 150 000 liters (one hundred and fifty thousand liters) + 10%. The Assignor does not undertake to utilize them in full and is not liable to the Provider for claims in case the volume of the order is not executed in full. Deliveries depend on weather conditions. The density of the fuels shall be determined at a temperature of 15 °C. warehouses of municipal maintenance establishments on the territory of the Municipality of Dupnitsa with the following addresses: State Forestry Directorate ‘Radost’ – Municipality of Dupnitsa, village of Yahinovo, ul. Vasil Levski; Primary School ‘Hristo Botev’ – Municipality of Dupnitsa, village of Samoranovo; Primary school ‘Hristo Botev’ – Municipality of Dupnitsa, village of Krajini; "St. St. Kiril and Metodiy’, Dupnitsa Municipality, Yahinovo village, 69 Hristo Botev Str. Delivery time: within 3 (three) working days after a written application has been filed.
