Description

La présente consultation a pour objet l'opération de réhabilitation du bâtiment B2, Résidence La Croix Ferrée À MANTES-LA-JOLIE (78). La présente consultation est passée sous la forme d'une procédure négociée (PN), conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-3 et R. 2124-3 du Code de la commande publique. En effet, le marché ne peut être attribué sans négociation préalable du fait de circonstances particulières liées à sa nature, à sa complexité, au montage juridique et financier ainsi qu'en raison des risques qui s'y rattachent. Conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2113-10, L. 2113-11 et R. 2113-2 du Code de la commande publique, l'Acheteur a choisi de ne pas allotir. La dévolution en lots séparés risque de rendre techniquement difficile l'exécution uniforme et coordonnée des travaux, objets du présent marché. Le marché est conclu sous la forme d'un marché public de travaux à prix global et forfaitaire. Il n'est pas prévu que le présent marché comporte des tranches optionnelles. À ce stade, il est prévu que la présentation de variantes dites « libres » soit autorisée. Le présent marché ne comprend pas de prestations supplémentaires éventuelles
