The purpose of this consultation is to rehabilitate Building B2, Residence La Croix Ferrée IN MANTES-LA-JOLIE (78). This consultation took the form of a negotiated procedure (PN), in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2124-3 and R. 2124-3 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract cannot be awarded without prior negotiation because of special circumstances relating to its nature, complexity, legal and financial arrangements and the associated risks. In accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2113-10, L. 2113-11 and R. 2113-2 of the Public Order Code, the Buyer has chosen not to allotir. Devolution in separate lots may make it technically difficult to carry out the work covered by this contract in a uniform and coordinated manner.
