The object of the tender concerns the integral execution order of the new building of the House for the City in Amersfoort. The contract consists of the following phases: - Phase 1: UO phase (elaboration TO / specifications to a UO); - Phase 2: implementation phase (realisation of the work); and - Phase 3: maintenance phase (maintenance for a period of 20 years).
