Description

At the end of the contract period, the new supplier shall collect all sets of tyres from the existing supplier at no additional cost. By this we mean that the existing supplier should pull the tires from its warehouse to its delivery location after the agreed time at no additional cost at the end of the contract period, so that the new supplier can load the tires and transport to its warehouse. Värnamo municipality has around 270 rounds of tyres plus all heavier vehicles. The supplier shall provide tyres for passenger cars but also be able to provide tyres for other vehicles such as agricultural machines, special machines (sand harvesters, trucks, etc.), larger lawnmowers type Toro, smaller lawnmowers type Husqvarna. Värnamo municipality estimates the value of this procurement to be approximately 1.9 million per year. The ceiling for the agreement is 8.5 million. However, the contracting authority does not guarantee a specific volume. It is clear when submitting your tender in e-Avrop that you as a tenderer can choose to tick the ESPD form. It is an option and not a requirement to attach ESPD.
