Description

Die FBB wird für das Projekt Regierungsflughafen die erforderliche Fläche baureif herrichten.
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Planungs- und Bauüberwachungsleistungen für den Rückbau der Bestandsinfrastrukturen sowie des großräumigen Erdbaus als Baufeldvorbereitung. Aufgrund der historischen Bebauung und Vornutzung sind in dem Projektbereich Kampfmittel sowie Altlastenverdachtsflächen vorhanden. Die Fläche ist nach Vorgabe kampfmittel- und altlastenbefreit herzurichten. Das Projekt umfasst auch Leistungen für die temporäre Errichtung von Baustraßen, Zäunen und Provisorien. Aufgrund der Komplexität ist eine Bauablaufplanung / Baulogistik zu entwickeln und in die Umsetzung zu überführen.
Im Rahmen des Schnittstellenprojekts Leitungsumverlegung werden aktive Medien, welche im Flächenareal Regierungsflughafen liegen würden, umverlegt. Die größtenteils inaktiven Bestandsleitungen sind durch die Baufeldfreimachung zu entfernen.
