Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of forest management services, i.e. harvesting and logging, forest breeding and conservation, seed breeding, selection, nature conservation, protection of fires, nurseries, hunting and meadow-agricultural management and associated work in the Jedwabno Forest District in the forest areas of Dłużek and Zimna Woda with a total value of more than EUR 134000. The services covered by the contract include services in category 27 and are therefore non-priority and are therefore subject to the provisions of Article 5 of the PPL. On the basis of the above provision: shortening the time limit for receipt of requests to participate in a procurement procedure and the time limit for receipt of tenders.
