Description

The city of Iserlohn represented by the KIM (AG) intends to build the main fire and rescue station on Dortmunder Straße in Iserlohn. The new building is to be built on the site of the previous main fire and rescue station at Dortmunder Straße 112.5 8638 Iserlohn. In the opinion of the AG, it is now necessary, despite the permanent further development of the existing buildings, to completely overschedule and re-build the existing building resources in order to be able to set up the company's operations in a future-oriented manner. Defects in the property are mainly visible in the construction as well as in the technical building equipment.
