Description

The subject of the contract is to carry out periodic construction inspections of the technical condition of hydrotechnical facilities located in the area under the responsibility of the Watershed Management in Włocławek: annual, in accordance with Article 62(1)(1) of the Construction Law Act (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418) having regard to the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 20 April 2007 on technical conditions to be met by hydrotechnical structures and their location (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 86, item. 579); - five years, in accordance with Art. 1 point 2 of the Construction Law Act (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418) having regard to the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 20 April 2007 on technical conditions to be met by hydrotechnical structures and their location (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 86, item. 579); A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the FTZ. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure in question if the funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract in question are not granted to it. In the event of cancellation on the basis of the above-mentioned condition, the Contractors shall not be entitled to reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings.
