Description

Le présent accord cadre porte sur la fourniture de vêtements de travail, d'équipements de protection individuelle, et de vêtements de sport pour le personnel municipal et le personnel du Centre Communal d'Action Sociale (CCAS) de Salon de Provence. Il ne porte pas sur les uniformes, vêtements et accessoires divers pour la Police Municipale ainsi que les uniformes vêtements et accessoires divers pour les SSIAP, ASVP et Police des Marchés, qui font l'objet de marchés distincts. Ne sont pas couverts par le présent accord cadre les achats ponctuels de vêtements et équipements de protection spécifiques à la pratique de la moto ou du scooter (hors Police Municipale), qui feront l'objet d'achats distincts, passés en application des articles R2122-8 et R2123-1 du Code de la Commande Publique. Le présent accord cadre est passé par un groupement de commande. Il est donc conclu au profit de chacun des membres du groupement, à savoir la Ville de Salon de Provence, et le CCAS de la ville de salon-de-Provence
