Description

Inserm in collaboration with the European Vaccine Initiative (EVI) aims to develop a vaccine against gestational malaria. In this context, INSERM U665 has identified a region of var2CSA for which it wishes to subcontract the development of the production process in E. Coli and purification comprising:
(1) the development of purification on a scale of 50-100 litres.
(2) development of analytical methods
(3) carrying out accelerated stability studies
(4) the transfer of production to a biopharmaceutical processor for the production of a clinical batch requiring a final report and the sending of personnel to the site.
This consultation takes the form of an open invitation to tender pursuant to Articles 28 and 29 of the Decree.
