The contract-holder will carry out the following tasks: management of the public service for the production and distribution of drinking water, management of the waste water collection and treatment service and its facilities; ensure the relations of the services with subscribers; operate the structures and installations of the services in accordance with the regulations in force and ensure their operation, monitoring, servicing and maintenance, and renewals; carry out maintenance work on pipes and structures; keeping the plans and the technical inventory of fixed assets up to date; provide the community with information, advice and opinions relevant to the proper functioning of the operation and its overall quality and for the preparation of its plans for strengthening and extension; collect charges due to subscribers of services.
